Well this virus has clearly impacted the world, causing many to become ill. Now is a better time than ever to start making your health a priority. What might make this difficult is the fact that the economy is beginning to shut down as countless businesses slow their production due to the virus in an attempt to reduce the spread of said virus. Schools are shutting down just as workplaces, grocery stores and social events all are being cancelled. This doesn't mean we should avoid contact with others, rather this is a time to rejoice with the ones you love and be thankful they are with you. We should cherish our lives as it stands and not take it for granted. Don't be afraid to visit a friend or family, unless you feel ill yourself. If so, just take care of yourself as best as you can. When it comes to the economy, we may find ourselves with another chance to get ahead financially. "The White House and Congress said Tuesday they're crafting a massive $1 trillion corona-virus stimulus package to help rescue the U.S. economy from the ever-deepening bite of the new corona-virus. A key component: checks that would likely go to every American adult, perhaps for $1,000. Congressional leaders said they hope to vote on the bill this week." I will remain home with my family and enjoy each day as it comes, promoting the idea of self-improvement through healthy eating and an active lifestyle. I will be making better choices in hopes of a better life and no matter what happens I will know I am doing what's right by doing what I can and that's what matters. I send nothing but positive thoughts to the collective consciousness for the health of everyone I know and the growth of humanity as a whole. I hope we flourish and come out stronger than before at the other end of this crisis. Keeping in mind that this will be over, and we will be okay. In the meantime I will pay close attention to what's happening in the world that I am a part of. Refrences
